Disabled Access The building has been designed throughout to allow easy access for people with physical disabilities,including wheelchair users. There is a hearing loop in the waiting area.
Parking There is normally ample parking for staff and patients. If you do not have a blue badge please do not park in the disabled parking bays.
There is a drop off only bay outside the Health Centre - please do not park here as it can cause an obstruction

The Mede Sprint bus service The Mede Sprint is a bookable door-to-door community transport service available to anyone living or working in Knowle West. It has two 16-seater minibuses with a ramp for wheelchairs and a 6-seater people carrier. It operates weekdays from 9.00am to 5.00 pm taking members mainly to local facilities in Knowle West. These include: doctors' surgeries, Healthy Living Centre, Walk-In Centre, OAP Clubs,Bingo, supermarkets etc. Membership is free to join, with free journeys for concessionary travel cardholders and £1 per journey for all other members. To book a journey, call the Sprint. Usually 24 hours' notice is required, although the service will try to accommodate emergencies on the day where possible.
